Refund policy

You receive the complete source code the moment you pay, so we can't take it back. Please try the live demo and read the setup guide before buying.

When we refund

Within 14 days of purchase we refund in full if:

• the download is missing, corrupted or materially different from what the product page describes, or
• the software cannot be installed by following the setup guide, and we cannot resolve the problem within 7 days of your email.

You were charged twice, or bought the wrong tier by mistake? We refund the duplicate or the difference.

When we don't

Change of mind after downloading, or features the product page does not list.

How to ask

Email beatplansales@gmail.com with your order number and what went wrong. Approved refunds are paid by our payment partner to your original payment method. A refunded licence ends, and you must delete the software.
