Privacy

Last updated 24 October 2026

This page explains what personal data the Beatplan website and store handle. Questions: beatplansales@gmail.com.

This website

The site has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and sets no cookies of its own. It is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Purchases

Orders are handled by our payment partner (Lemon Squeezy or Paddle), which acts as the merchant of record. It collects your name, email, billing country and payment details, works out tax, and delivers the download. We receive your name, email, country, the tier you bought and the order amount, and use them only to honour your licence and answer your messages. We never see your card details. The payment partner's own privacy policy covers how it processes payment data.

Email

If you write to us, we keep your message and address to reply and to keep a record of licence questions. We don't send marketing email unless you opt in at checkout.

The live demo

The demo at beatplan-demo.netlify.app uses sample accounts and invented data. Anything you enter there is visible to other demo visitors and is wiped every night. Don't enter real personal data.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and licence purposes. You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by emailing us; where the law requires us to keep an order record, we will tell you.

The software you buy

Beatplan runs on your own Supabase project and your own app-store accounts. Data your team records in it never reaches us. As the operator, you are responsible for your own privacy notices to your staff and customers.
